Work Fit is a unique fitness-based employability programme for lone parents in Reading, Bracknell and Swindon.
Run by Adviza in partnership with local Job Centres and gyms, the programme aims to improve the fitness, wellbeing and employability of single parents and help them move into employment.

- Help to create a professional and up to date CV
- Confidence building and self-esteem workshops
- Practical skills for juggling work, family and income
- Tailored free fitness programme with a personal trainer
- Qualifications, including emergency first aid

Building Bridges is a partnership of 41 organisations that has come together to deliver the Building Better Opportunities Programme across Swindon and Wiltshire, led by Community First.
The project has received up to £3.9M of funding from the European Social Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. The Department for Work and Pensions is the Managing Authority for the England European Social Fund programme.
