Our successful Energise programme is now on offer for young people in Berkshire schools for a further three years.

Energise II works with vulnerable pupils in years 9 to 11 to build confidence and enable them to progress in their lives, particularly in terms of education and work.

The programme comprises:

  • Support for each young person over a three to five month period
  • One-to-one engagements from a qualified adviser
  • Residentials during school holidays
  • Activity days
  • Work placements
  • Mentors

Delivered by Adviza for three years, the first phase of Energise supported 1778 young people through over 20,000 interventions and achieved more than 3300 positive outcomes including improvements to attitude, behaviour and attendance in education, leading to better GCSE results.
