Free resilience training

Do you want your employees to feel refreshed, happier and less stressed at work and in their home lives? Resilience training is the answer.

It is offered free through the National Careers Service and can be delivered in your workplace. 

The 2-hour session includes an introduction to resilience in the workplace, mindfulness, team dynamics and completion of emotional intelligence exercises. 

Your staff will be helped to:

  • Feel happy and productive at work
  • Develop self-awareness
  • Identify stress triggers and coping mechanisms
  • Build self resilience
  • Identify and utilise support
  • Progress in their careers

Your local National Careers Service experts work across the Thames Valley providing free support for your business and your staff. We offer you free, professional support to manage redundancy, recruitment and retention in your business.

Redundancy

A process of restructuring is daunting for everyone involved. We help you support the health and wellbeing of your employees through this difficult time, tailoring our service to the needs of your business and employees.

Our experienced advisers are sensitive and responsive to your employees needs. They help those facing redundancy to come to terms with their situation, maintain their self confidence and prepare for a positive future by:

  • Identifying transferable skills and strengths
  • Creating a targeted action plan
  • Identifying retraining needs
  • Finding courses and training
  • Developing employability skills

Recruitment
